Free = free

Both power and bandwidth provided by us is completely free.

Fair use bandwidth

Bandwidth will be on a fair use basis, limited at 500 GB bandwidth per month.

Best-effort

Reboots and reinstalls are performed on a best-effort basis, within an 8x5 time window. Apart from that, we're forced to charge € 20,- for a reinstall of your Pi, to cover the time such an operation costs.

Indefinite period of time

The Raspberry Pi colocation product will exist for an indefinite period of time, with a guarantee of at least 12 months. We won't just pull the plug ;-)

Abuse

Abuse originating from your Raspberry Pi, as mentioned in our terms and conditions (dutch) and acceptable use policy, will not be allowed.

No physical access

After sending your Raspberry Pi to our data center facility, you will not have physical access to your Raspberry Pi or the premises.

Returns

After termination of service (initiated by the customer or Forhosting) you will have the opportunity to have it send back to you by mail. Shipping fees depend on your location, ranging from € 7,50 to about € 30,-.
